The South Carolina cross country ran at the Winthrop Invitational Saturday morning and finished second overall in the team competition. Among the 15 Gamecocks running, 13 recorded season bests and six veterans set new career best times. Mary Reiser would be the team’s top finisher at second overall in a field of 139 runners.
