Sophomore Josh Brickell set a new Furman record in the 5,000m to lead the Paladin indoor track and field team Friday at the Vanderbilt Invitational in Knoxville, Tenn. Brickell placed second with a time of 14:27.02, breaking the former record of 14:29.18, set last season by Tanner Hinkle.
