Spartanburg, S.C. The USC Upstate Athletic Department welcomed three new inductees into its Athletics Hall of Fame at a ceremony Friday evening. The Class of 2016 consists of all-time greats Josh Gallman, Heidi Gibbs Hicks and Emily Tangwar Koech.
