ORANGEBURG, SC--Kemp a freshman sprinter from Monroe, Georgia is currently ranked second (2nd) in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) in the 100 meters and will be competing in his first NCAA Regional this weekend in Jacksonville, Fla.
